The Winery: Clandestin
The Clandestin project is born from the union of intentions between Benoit Doussot and Bertrand Gautherot, of Vouette & Sorbée; the company's focus is on enhancing the west-facing vineyards in Champagne, and particularly in the Cote de Bar, which are usually overlooked because they are cooler. Contrary to common belief, Benoit and Bertrand believe that a colder climate leads to more energetic and taut Champagnes, where verticality plays a central role.Shipping Information
