Lancelot-Pienne's "Table Ronde" Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne is made from a blend of Chardonnay grapes harvested from over 20 different plots in the Cote des Blancs.
These are fabulous vineyards, classified as Grand Cru in the villages of Cramant, Avize, and Chouilly. Starting with a base from the 2019 vintage blended with a perpetual reserve, vinification proceeds first in steel and then in barrels for 10 months, followed by 36 months of aging on the lees.

The Winery: Lancelot-Pienne
Lancelot-Pienne is always associated with the terroir of Cramant, one of the Cote des Blancs' Grand Crus; however, their vineyards also extend to nearby communes such as Avize and Chouilly. The family tradition is ancient, with the two families, Lancelot and Pienne, joining forces in the 1960s to help each other. Today, the maison boasts about 9 hectares of vineyards, exclusively planted with Chardonnay, producing Champagnes that fully express the depth of the grape variety and its region of origin.
