Located in the village of Polisot, in the Cote des Bar, the Resonance Champagne comes from a massal selection of Pinot Noir grapes harvested from vineyards that have always been organically farmed, sometimes complemented by biodynamic practices. Vinification takes place exclusively in steel tanks without the addition of sulfites, and this is how Dominique Moreau expresses her style, characterized by cleanliness, savoriness, and minerality.
