Criante's "C24" Catarratto 2024 is a Terre Siciliane IGT made from Catarratto grapes cultivated in Sicily and vinified in steel tanks.
C24 is made from Catarratto grapes cultivated in Sicily, in well-ventilated areas that allow for consistent ripening even in the hottest vintages. Vineyard management focuses on plant care and harvesting at the right time, without seeking excessive concentration.
The winemaking process remains simple, without unnecessary steps, to keep the wine clear and consistent with the raw material. It is a white wine that fits into the winery's most essential line, where intervention is kept to a minimum.
