Casanova di Neri's Brunello di Montalcino is a red wine made from Sangiovese grapes in the municipality of Montalcino.
A historic label of the Neri family, which first appeared on the market in 1978. This is an iconic wine from this area, always recognized as one of the benchmark Brunello di Montalcino wines for the entire appellation. The old Sangiovese vineyards for the production of Brunello are located in the eastern part of the municipality of Montalcino. After harvesting, the grapes are traditionally vinified in truncated conical vats with a maceration of about 25 days. Maturation then proceeds in wood for 42 months. Casanova di Neri's Brunello di Montalcino has great aging potential.
