Sylvain Pataille's Bourgogne Rouge 2022 is a red wine produced from estate-owned Pinot Noir vines in Marsannay, in the Cote de Nuits region of Burgundy.
Sylvain Pataille owns 24 hectares of vineyards, all located in the Marsannay area and all organically farmed. In the cellar, vinification proceeds in a completely traditional manner, closely linked to the past, aiming to minimize electricity consumption through the use of vertical presses for both white and red wines. This Bourgogne Rouge is whole-cluster vinified without the addition of sulfites, with a 3-week maceration.
