La Staffetta Brewery's "Cisan Ale" Golden Ale is an English-inspired beer.
The British yeast and hops in this golden ale give it a good fruity aroma and excellent drinkability, also thanks to its well-balanced bitterness.
The Brewery: La Staffetta
Birrificio La Staffetta was founded in Pisa in 2012, initially relying on some local breweries, and it was not until 2019 that its own brewery took shape in Calci, on the slopes of Monte Serra, a few kilometers outside Pisa. The plant is a 500-liter system, flanked by three fermenters, with a monthly production of about 25 hectoliters. The recipes are Anglo-American inspired, with some incursions into the Belgian world.
