Barolo Lazzarito Riserva by Alberto Alessandria (Crissante Alessandria) and Alessandro Salvano (dwnl) is made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba.
"It was the beginning of September 2017 when I met a distant relative of my grandparents, Giovanni 'd Lasarì. I greeted him and he told me that that year, given his age, he would no longer make wine. So I asked him what he would do with his Nebbiolo da Barolo grapes from his vineyard in Lazzarito, and he replied that he was looking for someone interested in buying them. Without thinking twice, I told him I would buy them and that I would figure out a way to vinify them. I got in the car and called a friend, Alberto Alessandria. I told him about this opportunity and asked if he would be interested in vinifying the grapes from a great vineyard. He immediately replied, "Of course, let's do it."
