Giulia Negri's Barolo "La Tartufaia" is produced in La Morra from Nebbiolo grapes.
Serradenari is located in one of the highest points of the entire Barolo area, on a balcony that on one side overlooks La Morra and a large part of the Langhe territory, while on the other it looks like a poster of the western Alps. This wine is made from a portion of grapes from the MGA Serradenari and a small portion from the Brunate subzone. Thanks to its altitude and the composition of the soils of La Morra, Giulia Negri enhances the freshness brought by the Nebbiolo grape variety.

The Winery: Giulia Negri
The Giulia Negri winery was formally established in 2012, when Giulia took over the company reins from her father Giovanni. It is well known that, unfortunately, it is not easy to make one's way among the historical Barolo producers, among those wineries that for decades, and in some cases centuries, have carried on the winemaking tradition of the Langhe. I want to emphasize that, unfortunately, it is even more difficult to do so when you are a young girl with a past far from the Langhe. Thanks to her commitment and dedication, Giulia has managed to make her way and is now recognized as one of the future stars of Barolo. The approach is totally natural: in the vineyard, systemic treatments, chemical weeding and anything that tends to interfere with nature are avoided, while in the cellar the work is aimed at achieving the maximum expression of the fantastic territory of La Morra, with spontaneous fermentations and traditional aging.
