Barolo "Cannubi" 2021 Magnum

The Barolo Cannubi 2021 Magnum by Chiara Boschis is produced in Barolo from the magnificent Cannubi hill, one of the most important in the appellation.

Thanks to a perfect exposure and a perfectly balanced soil composition due to the blending of the two main soil matrices of the Langhe, Tortonian and Helvetian, and a good percentage of sand, Cannubi is the most famous MGA in the Barolo area. The resulting wine, expertly crafted by the flair and sensitivity of Chiara and Giorgio Boschis, is an example of elegance, balance, and smoothness.

The Winery: Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis

The Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis winery was one of the most innovative and revolutionary wineries of the 1900s. Chiara, always a spokesperson for sustainable agriculture and the first woman in organic Barolo, vinifies the grapes in Barolo, mostly from vineyards close to the winery and others from the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Serralunga d'Alba. In every wine by Chiara, her energetic and strong personality shines through, where innovation and tradition meet with the aim of elevating the name of Nebbiolo and the entire Barolo appellation. The vineyards and wines are certified organic, and undoubtedly reflect the terroir of origin.
