The historic Cannubi cru is the origin of this Barolo from the Giacomo Fenocchio winery.
We are talking about one of the most renowned and important vineyards in the entire Barolo area, where history and tradition have given life to what is now considered one of the most important denominations in the Italian and global wine scene. From a small half-hectare plot, Claudio Fenocchio harvests the fruit of his labor, which he vinifies in the most traditional way possible. Barolo Cannubi is a monument, a combination of elegance, structure, finesse, and depth.

The Fenocchio family has been present for generations in Monforte d'Alba in the famous sub-zone of Bussia; one could even say that, along with a few others, the Fenocchios are Bussia. Giacomo started bottling in the 1960s. He was succeeded by his son Claudio, the current owner, serious, simple, and affable, capable of giving a great boost to the quality of the wines, achieving international success with productions in the sign of the best tradition. The work in the vineyard is sustainable, and in the cellar, Nebbiolo rests in large barrels after prolonged maceration.
