Vietti's Barbera d'Alba "Vigna Scarrone" is produced from grapes grown in an old vineyard located in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto.
A Barbera characterized by balance and finesse: the acidity is refreshing and succulent, very focused on the fruit.

| Vinification: | Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation for about two weeks in open steel vats, with mechanical punching down, délestage, and several pump-overs. After alcoholic fermentation, post-fermentation maceration with the skins takes place, then the wine is racked and transferred to barriques for malolactic fermentation where it rests for 18 months. |
