Olek Bondonio's Barbera d'Alba is produced with grapes from a vineyard in Altavilla, just above Alba.
Olek personally oversees all stages of processing at his winery, from the meticulous harvesting and selection of grapes to winemaking at his Cascina La Berchialla. Fermentations are always spontaneous, and throughout the winemaking process, a non-invasive approach is sought.
