Montestefano is an MGA that stands out for producing Barbaresco of great structure and austerity, characterized by a particularly mineral finish. This 2020 Barbaresco Riserva Montestefano from Produttori del Barbaresco is a prime example. A full-bodied wine vinified in steel and aged for 36 months in large oak barrels: a wine that currently expresses fruity and earthy notes, but thanks to its structure and acidity, can undoubtedly benefit from long bottle aging.
