Arroyo del Tortolas 2019 by Bernabeleva is a wine that comes from Garnacha vineyards located in the villages of San Martín de Valdeiglesias and Cadalso de los Vidrios, in the Madrid region.

This area is characterized by predominantly granitic soils, which give the wine a unique minerality and a distinctive character. The production of Arroyo del Tortolas begins with manual harvesting of the grapes. Subsequently, it arrives in the cellar and undergoes spontaneous whole-cluster fermentation in truncated conical vats with a 3-month maceration. Aging in used barriques for 12 months.
