Amaro Sapido 70cl

Sette Ottavi's Amaro Sapido was born from the idea of two young guys from Roero.

A bitter liqueur that combines Sette Ottavi's main idea, the presence of bamboo leaves, with local herbs such as gentian, rhubarb, chamomile, and artemisia. The final touch is given by quassia and lemon for a more citrusy taste. Thanks to the addition of salt, this amaro becomes "a little less bitter" and is perfect enjoyed chilled.
