"Amara" Sicilian Orange Bitter Liqueur

Amara is a bitter liqueur made with blood oranges harvested at the foot of Mount Etna.

At the foot of Mount Etna, thanks to the volcanic nature of the soil and the significant temperature fluctuations, vast citrus groves can be found from which the famous Sicilian Blood Oranges are harvested. From a fruit cultivation free of chemicals, the Rossa distillery selects the best peels of Sicilian Blood Oranges PGI, which are infused with wild herbs in alcohol, to which water from the surrounding springs will then be added. Awarded as the best digestif in the world, Amaro "Amara" is the essence of Sicily.
