Podere Gagliassi's Alta Langa Extra Brut is produced in Monforte d'Alba with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
A fine and refreshing sparkling wine from vineyards planted on an east-facing slope in the Sant'Anna area of Monforte d'Alba, heading towards the municipality of Roddino. The grapes are equally divided between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and it is aged for 36 months on its lees.

The Winery: Podere Gagliassi
A recent winery, formally established only a few years ago, located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba in the Sant'Anna area. We are in those east-facing vineyards overlooking the eastern ridge of Monforte, and the valley that then rises towards Serralunga. The winery focuses on the production of red wines, from Nebbiolo da Barolo to Barbera, which is vinified under two different labels, and Nebbiolo, with the exception of a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyard used for the production of Alta Langa DOCG.
