Wirth-Michel

A Maison based in Epernay with approximately 4 hectares of vineyards spread across a series of distinct terroirs and villages in the southern Côteaux of Epernay: Moussy, Vinay, Brugny-Vaudancourt, and Saint-Martin d'Ablois. The main soil components, clay and limestone, provide the necessary resources for the deep expression of Pinot Meunier, which accounts for 75% of production, along with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vineyards consist of 70% massal selections and are cultivated with respect for the plants and nature, without herbicides or chemical insecticides.
