Domaine Bernard Fleuriet's Sancerre "Cote de Marloup" is produced in the Loire Valley from Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Domaine Bernard Fleuriet is located in the northern part of the Loire Valley, where the Sauvignon Blanc grape expresses all its elegance, especially around the village of Sancerre, overlooking the river. Here the soils are rich in silica and clay, and we can also find famous limestone rocks called "caillottes". The Sancerre Cote de Marloup is produced from a single vineyard and is exclusively vinified in concrete, where it rests for a year on its fine lees: the fruity notes are very intense, with grapefruit and gooseberry; on the palate, it is consistently sharp.
