L'Accomplie is a Premier Cru Champagne produced by Frédéric Savart, blending 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from old vines located in the Premier Cru villages of Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds.
Natural vinification aimed at producing distinctive Champagnes, far from a standardization of taste. A dosage of 2g/l for this mineral and complex Extra Brut Champagne.
