Stefano Occhetti's Roero Riserva Occhetti 2022 is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Occhetti area, in the municipality of Canale, one of Roero's historic crus. The vineyards rest on the sandy soils typical of the area, capable of yielding wines of great finesse. The winemaking process involves fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent aging in wood, followed by a period of rest in the bottle, as required for the Riserva type, to allow the wine to achieve balance and depth.
