Sadi Malot

Domaine Sadi Malot was founded in 1883 in the municipality of Villers-Marmery, a Premier Cru classified village in the Montagne de Reims. The company's 11 hectares are now organically farmed by Cindy Malot and her husband Florian, who together have recently revolutionized much of the company, starting first and foremost with the names of the different labels. The vineyards extend into the municipalities of Villers-Marmery, Verzy, and Verzenay, and are mainly composed of Chardonnay, which accounts for about 80% of total production, while the remaining 20% is planted with Pinot Noir.
