Mickael Bourg ventured into the world of wine in 2006, after a background as a mechanic.

He initially leased small vineyard plots from the estate he worked for, Domaine du Coulet, before starting to focus on the Cornas area.

Today he cultivates about 3 hectares of vineyards, almost entirely planted with Syrah, the main grape variety of the Cornas territory, part of the Northern Rhône.

In the vineyard, organic farming is practiced, while in the cellar, vinifications almost always involve whole clusters with spontaneous fermentations. In addition to Syrah, Mickael cultivates a small portion of Marsanne and Roussanne, two white grape varieties also typical of the area.
