Dogliani Cavalla from LeViti winery is a red wine made from Dolcetto grapes grown in the Piandetroglio hamlet in Dogliani.

LeViti winery has always adopted an organic approach in the vineyard, and in the cellar, winemaking proceeds with the utmost respect for the fruit. As in the case of this Dogliani Cavalla, the fruit is preserved and kept crisp, to create a Dogliani that aims to be everyday, ethical, and convivial.

The Winery: LeViti

LeViti is a small winery in Dogliani with just over 2 hectares of vineyards and a very spartan cellar without unnecessary frills. The grapes are personally cultivated by Silvio Levi and Lucia in Piandeltroglio, a small hamlet located between the municipalities of Dogliani and Farigliano. The vineyards are meticulously worked to allow for minimal intervention in the cellar, thus preserving what the vineyard offers year after year.
