Guedard

Based in Cumières, the Sanchez-Le Guedard winery cultivates its vineyards organically. It is a small winery capable of producing very elegant and rich sparkling wines, usually with no dosage to reflect the original terroir while maintaining good acidity and drinkability. Typically, after the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery and always vinified separately according to their plot of origin, and are only blended later to allow for more choice in the final stage.
