A structured and profound Barolo, expressing Castelletto with rigor and consistency.
Giovanni Manzone's Barolo Castelletto 2019 originates in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba, from one of the most suitable areas for wines of character and longevity. Here, Nebbiolo develops a significant structure, supported by a firm tannic weave and a mineral component that defines its profile.
In the cellar, the work is focused on precision and respect for the raw material, without invasive interventions. The result is a compact and linear Barolo, with a deep and progressive sip, capable of developing over time and offering a coherent and articulated evolution.
