Ca' di Press's Dolcetto d'Alba originates from the Perno hill, in Monforte d'Alba.
The story of Ca' di Press is quite unique: while on one hand we could consider this a historic winery, having been founded in the early 1900s, on the other hand we can see it as one of the most exciting new developments since 2022. It was in that year that Alice and Cristina, aided by their parents, released their first bottled vintage. In the past, the wine was sold in bulk in demijohns, and many of the grapes now harvested and crushed were once supplied to local wineries.

The Winery: Ca' di Press
The winery was formally established in the early 1900s, making them grape growers and producers for over a century. Over the years, the Pressenda family focused primarily on selling bulk wine and supplying grapes to important local wineries. In 2018, Alice and Cristina, in their twenties, decided to make the land of Perno and wine their profession. In 2022, their first two labels were released: Barolo del Comune di Monforte and Langhe Nebbiolo.
