  • Langhe Rossese bianco "Rosserto" DOC is produced with 100% Rossese Bianco grapes. The first ten days of October are harvested and vinification takes place in 500L wooden barrels for 10 days. It then ages in 500 liter oak barrels for 10 months on its lees.
    Perfume: Intriguing. Orange peel and cedar, acacia flowers, broom and fresh balsamic note
    Color: straw yellow with a large, golden hue
    Taste: Full, soft, pleasant memory of yellow melon and peach. End of great persistence
    Food pairing: White meat, shellfish and fish from the great kitchen. Very interesting with cheeses
  • Barolo "Bricat" DOCG is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested between the first and second ten days of October. Macerated in steel for 30/40 days at 28-31 ° C
    It ages in large barrels and in 500 and 700L barrels for 30 months
    Bouquet: Broad, vigorous and persistent. Rich notes of blackberry, blueberry, walnut and chocolate
    Color: Ruby red with garnet notes
    Taste: Complex, elegant with highly effective tannins that envelop the palate
    Food pairing: Braised meats, roasted red meat, truffled foods and cheeses
  • Langhe Nebbiolo "Il Crutin" DOC ferments in steel at 28 ° C in contact with the skins for 7 days.
    Ages in 700L drums for 6 months
    Nose: Fruity, decisive, with a delicate and pleasant floral sensation
    Color: Ruby red with medium intensity and good lively hue
    Taste: Vinous, slightly tannic. Red fruits and excellent spicy aftertaste
    Food pairing: Braised meats, roasted red meat, truffled foods and cheeses
  • Barbera d'Alba "Le Ciliegie" DOC is harvested the second decade of September and ferments in steel by macerating on the skins for 10 days.
    It ages for 2 months in 25hl barrels and in steel tanks for 10 months.
    Nose: Large, clean and fruity with sensations of black currant and plum
    Color: Intense ruby ​​red with purple veins
    Taste: Warm, alive. Good acidity-extract balance and great persistence
  • Barbera d'Alba Superiore "La Marchesa" DOC is harvested the second decade of September and ferments in steel by macerating on the skins for 10 days.
    It ages in 500/700 L drums where it matures for 16 months and is bottled 24 months after the harvest.
    Nose: Very intense with hints of red fruits, black cherry, blackberries and tobacco
    Color: Intense ruby ​​red tending to garnet with aging
    Taste: Soft, warm, very persistent and of good flavor. Of excellent longevity
    Food pairing: Excellent with fillet, meats and main courses
  • Barolo Riserva "Gramolere" DOCG is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested between the first and second ten days of October. Macerated in steel for 30/40 days at 28-31 ° C
