The first Cavallotto label dates back to 1948, while the first year in which Bricco Boschis was indicated on the label was 1967. Over the years, a vineyard in the Vignolo cru was acquired, and today Alfio, Giuseppe and Laura produce two Barolo Riserva and one Barolo Classico. Other indigenous varieties are also cultivated, such as Dolcetto and Barbera, in addition to Pinot Noir from which the white wine Pinner is made.
