Here is the Barbera! Crisp, fruity, fresh; a blend of elegance and vinous character, an agile and satisfying drink. The vineyards are located in Località San Sebastiano, a subzone of the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. Fermentation takes place in cement, 1\/3 whole cluster, 1\/3 whole berry, while 1\/3 is destemmed and crushed. During their degree in Gastronomic Sciences at the University of Pollenzo, they began to approach the world of wine, visiting many Langhe producers and coming into contact with what completely fascinated them: working in the vineyard, the true relationship with the land, and all the care and attention necessary for the production of quality wine. After graduating, they moved to France, mostly to Burgundy, where they worked alongside some of the most iconic producers in the French wine scene during harvest and in the cellar, such as Cécile Tremblay, to name one. Thus, the dream of their own project was born, from their friendship in school to life and work partners. Today, Lara and Luisa vinify the three main red grape varieties of Langhe: Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto.
